Any bookings that are "Boarding," "House Sitting," or a repeating service request, lasting longer than 1 day, must only book the first day of service on our site, and our team will email you to completely book you for all days requesting. Please leave a note with the dates and time you are requesting when checking out!

Weekend fees are applied to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Holiday Fees are applied per annual holiday.

We will email you directly to confirm services and accept payments through Venmo or Zelle.

Once your booking is complete, an updated copy of your pet's vaccine records must be emailed to pff@perfectfurryfriends.com or printed out for retrieval on the day of service.

Any cancellations or rescheduling made after booking, will be credited to be used within 7 days from the date of purchase.
